Most records having to do with the conduct of City business are public records and therefore subject to inspection by the public. The City is obligated to provide the record unless a specific exemption exists within the Revised Code of Washington.

To request a record, fill out the Request for Public Records completely and submit the request in person at City Hall, by mail or by email to, City Clerk-Treasurer- kay@cityofcashmere.org. City staff will provide the records within 5 business days, or acknowledge the request and provide a date the records will be available.

A charge of $.15 per page will be assessed for large amounts of copies. Records may be inspected at City Hall at no charge.

All City of Cashmere ordinances, resolutions, and minutes from 1904 through 2013 are available online at the Washington State Digital Archives.
