Kay JonesCashmere’s Administration Department, under the direction of Kay Jones, City Clerk-Treasurer, is responsible for managing all of the City’s fiscal affairs. Administration supports the other city departments through accounting, administrative services and financial reporting. City Hall staff also manages City investments, obtains financing for capital projects and collects taxes, utility billings and other revenues. The City Clerk is also the assistant to the Mayor and City Council.
