POSTPONED NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

RESCHEDULED FOR DECEMBER 29, 2021, 11:00 AM, CASHMERE CITY HALL

The Cashmere Hearing Examiner will hold a public hearing on  Monday, December 20, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. at the Cashmere City Hall, 101 Woodring Street, to review and consider the following consolidated permit applications submitted by Pursuit of Happiness.

A major subdivision application to divide two existing lots into 27 separate lots for single family homes. The property is approximately 260,053 sq ft, the lots are proposed to range in size from approximately 7,729 sq/ft to 20,331 sq/ft. The property is located east of Olive Street and west of Rank Road, south of Cascade Place and north of Mission View Place.in the City of Cashmere, Chelan County, Washington. The Chelan County Assessor’s Parcel # is 23-19-04-505041 and Parcel # 23-19-04-505-03

The purpose of this hearing is for the Hearing Examiner to review these proposals and take testimony from the public. The Hearing Examiner may approve, approve with conditions or deny the application and shall issue a written decision on the applications within 10 working days of the close of public testimony. The public is invited to attend and to make comment.
